The name is the description. This site collects recordings of live webcam broadcasts and republishes them — "rips" being the established term for capturing a stream and redistributing it.

That practice is worth being precise about. Cam performers sell access to live shows, often to a specific paying audience, and recording those shows is prohibited by every major platform's terms. A site organising rips by model and by originating platform is systematising something the performers did not agree to, and its own naming makes no attempt to present it otherwise.

Structurally it works as a tube: latest, followed and liked views, plus indexes by model, category, source website and tag.

A DMCA route is published, which places the burden of removal on the individual performers — each of whom would have to find their own material and file against it repeatedly.
