The cast is experienced. Silvia Saige, Mona Wales, Dee Williams, Reagan Foxx, Ryan Keely, Rachael Cavalli and Sheena Ryder are performers with long careers in this genre, and direct-address work is much harder to carry than it looks, which is presumably why the series casts that way.
