FreePublicPorn collects public sex and outdoor material with a performer index and tag structure across nine interface languages. The performers consented; that is what makes it a production rather than an incident. The members of the public in frame — and in a good many scenes, the strangers whose reactions are the point — did not.

Public space carries no privacy expectation in most jurisdictions, and someone incidentally in shot is not a subject. But a scene built around a passer-by noticing has made that person a participant in something they were not told about, and no amount of legal permissibility changes what they would say if asked.

The site does not address it, which is standard for the genre rather than distinctive here.
