Each release carries its number. A hundred and thirty of them by the most recent, counted in an unbroken run, with the number printed larger than the title. That is an old-fashioned way to publish and an unusually candid one: a consecutive series tells a prospective member precisely how big the catalogue is and how long it took to build, which is information most subscription sites arrange their front page to avoid giving.

The formats recur across the run — casting sessions, training sequences, the same handful of premises revisited under new numbers — so what is being sold is a series with instalments rather than a library with variety.

What the page does not carry is any account of how the material is made. In a genre whose titles are written in the vocabulary of coercion, the absence of anything at all about the arrangements behind the camera is the gap worth noticing, and it is a gap the better operations in this field have learned to fill.
