Most covert filming exploits a place. This exploits a state.

The hidden-camera sites elsewhere in this directory work by choosing a location where people undress and expect not to be observed — a cabin, a shower, a booth. Czech Snooper works differently. It films in public, at festivals and on streets, and what makes its subjects filmable is not where they are but how drunk they are. The marketing says so directly.

That shifts the objection. Someone in a public space has no privacy expectation to breach in the ordinary legal sense, so the site is not relying on a place being private. It is relying on a person being unable to register a camera, unable to ask what it is for, and unable to say no. Incapacity is the mechanism, and the copy treats it as the appeal.

It also removes the staged-or-real ambiguity that other voyeur sites trade on. Staging this would mean hiring performers to act drunk in public, which is not what is being sold.
