Nothing else in this category publishes its inventory broken down that way, and the distribution is the interesting part: California carries almost a quarter of everything, and by the twentieth entry, Minnesota, the figure is down to 304.

Cities nest underneath — Schaumburg, Naperville and Skokie under Illinois, Framingham and Quincy under Massachusetts — so the geography goes three levels deep into suburbs rather than stopping at metropolitan areas.
