The category list here is not made of acts or body types. It is made of platforms, with a count on each: 12,054 from one subscription service, 5,437 filed as premium, 1,228 from a creator-funding site, 520 from a streaming platform, 449 from a messaging app, 194 from a short-video app. Filing by where material was taken from rather than what is in it tells you what the organising principle actually is.

Every item on the front page is titled the same way, and its own copy supplies the pattern — a person's name, a description of the act, and the word leaked appended as a suffix. The site frames the result as premium content offered for nothing.

The people named are identifiable individuals, several of them public figures, and the navigation runs to five items: home, models, videos, photos and a partners page. There is no contact route, no complaints page and nothing addressed to anyone appearing in the material.

Sorting is by newest, most viewed, rating or most discussed, with a random control, and runtimes on the tiles run from seven seconds to nearly eighteen minutes.
