Two documents are linked at the bottom of this generator and both are downloads rather than pages: Terms of Service (PDF) and 2257 Exemption (PDF). Filing the governing terms as an attachment is a small thing that has a real effect — they are not readable inline, not linkable to a clause, and not indexable, so a user agreeing to them is agreeing to a file.

The 2257 exemption itself is the expected position for wholly synthetic material and it is stated plainly, which is more than many tools of this kind manage.
