Sex And Fun Forum Review

Oh my… isn’t this a blast from the past? SexAndFunForum.info, SAFF for short. I don’t know when exactly this forum was established, but I bet it was twenty years ago, and surprisingly… it still has an active and BARELY thriving community to this very day. Well, on SAFF you can easily find users who have been sharing porn since 2010, a lot of personal opinions and niche discussions, and a thread for pretty much every fetish known in existence with users contributing to it whenever they feel like it. What I’m trying to say is that this site is one of those OG forum pages that has somehow managed to keep itself alive and together through sheer willpower and nothing else. But… it’s very slowly dying. The introductions thread dates the most recent posts back to three months ago… which means the new peeps aren’t getting in.

Lack of empathy in society is seriously concerning. The same people who aren’t signing up on SAFF are the same ones who’d cut a disabled person in line and tell them to fuck off. I watch the old threads sit there collecting digital dust while the rest of the internet races past like the whole board is moving too carefully for their taste. Forum culture used to mean waiting your turn, reading the sticky, and not derailing the conversation just because you arrived late. And now? I don’t see anything happening on these forums. It’s like one big ghost town of porn that used to be. People that used to be horny. And a community that used to be thriving. Don’t get me wrong, there are a handful of people still posting here, trying to desperately keep the forum active… but it ain’t it, chief.

There are people posting in that section. Heck, there’s a whole sub-forum called Abnormalities and Freaks of Sex that features pornography shot with amputated people, people in wheelchairs, and even sexual concepts I can’t really discuss on here. And then, of course, you have the sub-forums like BBW, BBC, CFNM, Erotica, Drunk Sex, Hentai, Gay. Do I honestly need to list all of them? As I said: If there’s a kink or fetish, it’s probably featured on this forum. I’m not exaggerating! There’s a whole ass section for scatting domination discussions and clips. So trust me when I say this: SAFF has every perverse fantasy and nightmare you can think of.

I miss the days when forums like this were the goldmines for exploring your fetishes and kinks. There used to be actual LARGE communities. We would share tips and tricks, we would discuss safety, and sometimes, rarely… we would meet up for beer in real life! You could drop a question about rope tension or aftercare and get five different answers from people who had actually tried it instead of a link farm and a bot. Forum culture back then meant the conversation kept going 24/7. Now the same boards sit half-empty while everyone else scrolls past looking for the next instant hit. I would trade a hundred silent modern comment sections for one loud, messy, slightly drunk thread that still remembered your username from 2012. I would trade my potential future-wife, firstborn child, and a kidney if it meant a forum like SexAndFunForum was organizing another event or meetup. Ah… I miss those days.

On forums, boards like this are where the cool kids hang out and share some stuff the regular plebs can’t access, only peek from the outside. I mean, the functionality of this being a forum has never gone away. The only problem is that people are drifting away from the forum culture with each passing day. Nowadays, they have short bursts of dopamine through MANY social media apps, and forums just can’t compete or meet that demand. Mostly because on forums you find real, lengthy advice that’s not scripted for entertainment. It just exists as a form of connection between human beings.

Everything has become fabricated on the internet nowadays. I see people outside wear masks and pretend to live up to influencers and their social media persona. People sharing misinformation they heard on TikTok without experiencing it… It didn’t use to be like this! I’ll admit. I wasn’t active on pornographic forums much, but I used to hang around on car club forums… and they had details and guides from REAL users on how to fix and mod your own vehicle… Stuff that you OVERPAY for now. The old boards felt like a grease-stained notebook passed from one pair of hands to the next. You asked a question about a sticky throttle body and three different usernames answered with actual torque specs and photos of their own workbench instead of a thirty-second clip with dramatic music. Now the same information gets locked behind paywalls or turned into content that exists only to farm engagement. It’s quite sad really… but I can’t do anything about it.

Forums left a hole in my chest after people moved on from them. I still have a soft spot for them. I love that you could build a reputation, become a valuable member, contribute… it just felt like you were part of something. You posted once, then twice, then someone quoted you three months later, and suddenly your username carried weight in a thread that had nothing to do with the original topic. Forum culture meant the quiet satisfaction of watching your post count climb while the regulars started recognizing the way you argued about rope tension in BDSM or sexual aftercare. I still catch myself checking old boards the same way you check an empty house you used to live in, hoping the lights will somehow turn back on.
