Roughly twenty-five Japanese studios are listed by name in this site's own navigation — Dream Ticket, Fetish-Japan, HoloFilm, Hot Entertainment, Radix, Mobsters and the rest — as browse destinations. A subtitling service that publishes which catalogues it draws on is doing something a viewer can check, and it is the single most useful thing on the page.

The subtitles themselves carry a claim in the same spirit. The site's own meta description says they are human-written rather than machine-generated, that downloads are DRM-free, and that the source material is licensed. Those are assertions by the operator, but they are specific enough to be falsifiable, which is more than the category usually manages.

Previewing is metered. A Monthly Preview Limit Reached panel is built into the page, so free viewing is capped by count rather than by clip length.

Pricing appears at several points — $3, $7.95, $9.95, $19.95 and $29.95 — with five named payment processors including two that take cash and vouchers rather than cards.
