There is a message board here, and member profiles, and a news feed, and a member search. Tubes shed all of that a decade ago in favour of comment boxes; keeping it means the regulars have somewhere to talk that is not underneath a video, and for a community-heavy genre that is worth more than another sorting option.

The rest is a full-featured archive: video and photo sections, a models index, channels, playlists, downloads, uploads from members, six interface languages, and sorting that reaches most discussed and most downloaded as well as the usual.

The name is the problem, and it is not a small one. The site is titled with a term a large part of the audience it serves considers a slur, and it uses it throughout — a legacy of when the genre was named by its marketers rather than its subjects. The community it hosts and the sign over the door are not saying the same thing.

Material arrives partly from members and partly from studio clips carrying producer names in their titles, with a removal route in the footer and no statement of permission anywhere.
