The first item in the menu spells the acronym out, which is a small piece of candour most brands would have quietly retired. It sets the tone for a site that has not modernised away its own history: Photos remains a top-level section rather than a legacy corner, Channels sits beside it, and the overall structure is the one general-purpose tubes had before video-only feeds took over.

That breadth is the actual proposition. Categories, photos, channels, performers and tags are all first-class routes into the same archive, and the archive is genuinely large — the amateur shelf alone runs to millions of entries, and the smaller shelves like classic and bizarre are kept as separate categories rather than folded away. Twelve interface languages are offered, reaching past the usual set to Hebrew, Thai and Romanian.

Uploading is open, and a network heading in the footer indicates the site sits alongside others. Accounts are free. Nothing on the public pages describes how uploaded material is checked before it appears, which on a site of this size and this age is the question that matters most.
