The most useful thing to know about ExxxtraSmall is what the join button actually buys.

This is a series, not a standalone site. It lives on teamskeet.com, alongside a dozen other named series with their own branding and their own scene runs, and the navigation makes no pretence otherwise — Series sits in the main menu next to Videos and Models. Sign up here and you get the network. The series page is a filter over a much larger library, not a separate product with a separate price.

Within that filter, the concept is fixed and narrow: petite, small-framed performers in size-contrast scenes, shot to the production standard the network applies across its catalogue. Consistency is the selling point of a network series — the lighting, the runtime and the scene structure will be the same from one release to the next, and if the first one works for you the rest will too.

Updates are worth checking before you subscribe. A network can keep a series page live long after it has stopped commissioning new scenes for it, and a Latest Videos heading does not tell you when the newest one landed.

If the concept is what you want, judge it by the network's overall output. That is what the membership covers.
