The site is candid about why: its own copy says it aggregates from dozens of sources and names several image boards outright. Aggregators rarely show their seams this clearly, and for anyone trying to trace a picture back to where it was posted, that is genuinely useful.

What sits less comfortably is who else is in that tag list. Alongside fictional characters and artist handles are the names of real, working performers. On a collection built around drawn and rendered art, a real person's name as a tag can mean their likeness has been drawn, or that photographic material has been swept in with the rest; nothing on the page distinguishes the two, and nothing addresses whether either was wanted.

AI generated is also a tag rather than a filter, which puts synthesised images in the same flat namespace as everything else. Accounts are free and buy favourites, collections and recommendations.
